Privacy Statement
All customer details will be held confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party. Our policy is to treat each and every customer with the utmost respect, privacy and professionalism.

Liability
Our therapists are all trained and qualified to high standards obtaining recognized certifications to practice massage therapy. Copies of certificates and insurance documents for individual therapists can be obtained by request.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time. Any discount or promotional offer may not be combined with any other discount of promotional offer.

Punctuality
Please reseverve 15 minutes before and after your appointment for the massage therapist to set up and break down their equipment. If you are not at the appointed location 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time, you will be serviced for the remaining scheduled time and will be charged the full amount.

Cancelations
We require 12 hours notification to cancel any reserved service. Any cancelation made less than 12 hours may result in a 50% charge of your reserved treatment.

Important Note:
Our therapists uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services and further legal actions may be taken.
